		<description>Actually, I was getting more at your trending higher predictions with emphasis on last year&#039;s prediction. It just seems that once summer hit, the trend turned flat to slightly down. If you&#039;re focusing on year over year, you&#039;re assumption seems right.

I don&#039;t know about the future, though I&#039;ll be curious to see what happens in the next couple of months. I admit I am skeptical of a continued increase because the price/activity run up suspiciously coincides with the expiration of the tax credit ending.</description>
