People really shouldn&#039;t be using these as facts, I consider them more of a ball park figure that lets you kind of see what a home might be worth.  Actual prices and values should come from a real estate pro, and you mentioned talking with 3 or more agents to get a price, thats a great idea more opinions are always better than less.  

You can also take that same approach when looking at online valuations, dont look at just one site, compare values between sites.  But again its never a replacement for a professional.</description>
