What’s Ahead for the Pasadena Real Estate Market?

Many of the so called experts are forecasting another gloomy year in real estate. Will foreclosures continue to rise and affect the housing market? Federal programs are being proposed attempting to forestall the momentous foreclosure market. We will see if any of these come to fruition and if they do, what impact will they have on the overall housing market.

Or will interest rates remain low and provide a much needed boost, curtailing the slowdown in the economy? Will pent up demand precipitate home buyer’s return to the market?

With the beginning of a New Year optimism returns. Let’s hope the roller coaster known as the housing market begins to flatten out so everyone can enjoy the ride.

About Doug Willis

I see so many properties listed for sale that have absolutely no creativity or marketing plan. They are compromised by a poor description, terrible photography and a real estate agent that doesn't understand how to sell a property. If the most important issue to you is getting your home sold, allow me the opportunity to meet with you and show you the results a real marketing program will produce.
