This house located in a SW Pasadena neighborhood is for sale with a big sign rider proclaiming bank owned. Another casualty of the 100% (No, I don’t have any of my own money to put into the transaction) financing fiasco. Proving once again that anyone who can buy a home with no money of their own, can easlily walk away. AMF, Adios my friend.

This home is currently listed for sale as a 3 bed, 2 bath with 1416 square feet is offered at $575,000. It was sold in April of 2006 for $653,000 and appears that the bank aquired the property in April 2007. For a property to be repossessed that quickly you have to wonder if there was ever a payment made. This particular property is in zip code 91107.
