Looking to possibly pick up a bargain? A new tactic in selling properties in foreclosure is to have an auction. Sell them all at once instead of selectively one at a time. There will be an auction this Saturday May 19, in Los Angeles by a company known as Real Estate Disposition Corporation They just had an auction in San Diego this past Saturday and will also be having another one in Riverside on May 20.
